Our “Madre dei Cristiani” community includes also the Spanish speaking people.
(Latinos - living in Verdun, LaSalle, Lachine and Dorval)

Services being offered to the Latinos are the following:

1. A Mass in Spanish every Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
2. Other liturgical celebrations on special occasions
3. Catechism in Spanish to children preparing for First Communion and Confirmation. Catechism is being held on Sunday mornings before the 1:00 pm Mass.
4. Baptism in Spanish preceded by the preparation of parents and godparents
5. Private counseling offered by Father Jairo Avila.
6. Special attention and help given to the new comers through initiatives of the Latino community committees.
