Mese mariano di maggio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dio \u00e8 sempre buono. Presto entriamo nel mese di maggio. Per noi cattolici, questo mese \u00e8 conosciuto come il mese mariano. In questo mese onoriamo Maria, madre di Dio e nostra madre, come \u201cRegina di maggio\u201d. Questa \u00e8 una devozione tradizionale a Maria nella Chiesa cattolica. \u201cL\u2019Incorronazione di Maggio\u201d fa parte di questa tradizione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diverse sono le tradizioni legate a questo Mese Mariano. Di certo \u00e8 iniziato in Italia. Questo ha uno stretto legame con noi come Missione italiana qui a LaSalle e come Missione dedicata a Maria Madre dei cristiani. Dall’Italia, questa devozione si \u00e8 diffusa nella Chiesa universale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questa devozione era molta raccomandata come devozione per la casa. “La famiglia che prega insieme, resta insieme” \u00e8 un famoso detto coniato dal venerabile padre Patrick Peyton; il \u201cSacerdote del Rosario\u201d che ha dedicato la sua vita alla promozione della preghiera familiare. Questo detto \u00e8 stato usato da molti santi. Il mese di maggio mariano ci aiuta a vivere questo detto nelle nostre famiglie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSi avvicina il mese di maggio, tempo in cui il Popolo di Dio esprime con particolare intensit\u00e0 il proprio amore e devozione per la Beata Vergine Maria. \u00c8 tradizione in questo mese pregare il Rosario a casa, all’interno della famiglia. Le restrizioni della pandemia ci hanno fatto apprezzare ancora di pi\u00f9 questo aspetto \u201cfamiliare\u201d, anche dal punto di vista spirituale\u201d. Ha scritto Papa Francesco nella sua lettera ai fedeli per il mese di maggio 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anche io come padre della famiglia di Madre dei Cristiani vi invito a dedicare ogni giorno un po’ di tempo a questa devozione; pregare in famiglia, specialmente il Santo Rosario. Possa Nostra Madre che ha portato la vittoria attraverso questa devozione nella vita di molte persone, portare la vittoria nella tua vita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marian Month of May<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

God is good all the time. Soon we are entering the month of May. For us Catholics, this month is known as Marian Month. In this month we honor Mary the mother of God and our mother as \u2018Queen of May\u2019. This is a traditional devotion to Mary in the Catholic Church. The \u201cMay Crowning\u201d is part of this tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are a number of traditions linked to this Marian Month. For certain it started in Italy. This has a close link to us as an Italian Mission here in LaSalle and as a Mission dedicated to Mary Mother of Christians. From Italy, this devotion spread to the universal Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This devotion was highly recommended as a devotion for the home. \u201cThe Family That Prays Together, Stays Together\u201d is a famous saying coined by Venerable Father Patrick Peyton; the \u201cRosary Priest\u201d who dedicated his life to promoting family prayer.  This saying was used by many saints. The Marian Month of May helps us live this saying in our families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe month of May is approaching, a time when the People of God express with particular intensity their love and devotion for the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is traditional in this month to pray the Rosary at home within the family. The restrictions of the pandemic have made us come to appreciate all the more this \u201cfamily\u201d aspect, also from a spiritual point of view.\u201d Wrote Pope Francis in his letter to the faithful for the month of May in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I too as the father of the family of Madre dei Cristiani invite you to dedicate a little time every day to this devotion; praying as a family, especially the Holy Rosary. May Our Mother who brought victory through this devotion in many people\u2019s live bring victory in your life.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questa domenica celebriamo la Domenica delle Vocazioni<\/em><\/strong> perci\u00f2 preghiamo per le vocazioni. Dalla Diocesi abbiamo informazioni sul Diaconato permanente<\/u><\/em>. Ti incoraggio a guardarlo. Forse il Signore ti sta chiamando a servirlo attraverso la vocazione oltre al matrimonio e alla vita familiare.

I encourage you to look at it.
