Marian Devotion in English<\/strong> – every first Saturday of the month with adoration, Holy Rosary, Marian Reflection, and Special prayer intentions at 09.15 am<\/strong>.
Devozione Mariana in Italiano<\/strong>– ogni primo Sabato del mese adorazione, il santo rosario, la riflessione mariana e le preghiere per particolari intenzioni dopo la Santa Messa mattutina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sacraments<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sacrament is a special sign given to us by Jesus. Jesus wants each of us to share in God\u2019s life so he gave us 7 special signs of God\u2019s life and love. Please find below the sacraments offered at our Parish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baptism:<\/strong> Baptism is the first of seven sacraments. No other sacrament can be received without it.   Through this sacrament, we come to share in the life of the Blessed   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trinity and become children of God and members of the Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reconciliation:  <\/strong>Reconciliation is a sacrament that is better known to many as Confession. It is a sacrament of spiritual healing. In this sacrament, an individual confesses their sins to a priest. The priest, acting as a conduit to God, offers absolution and gives the individual acts of penance to accomplish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eucharist (Holy Communion): <\/strong> <\/strong>The sacrament of Eucharist is intended to connect Catholics with Christ and to recreate the Last Supper. The Eucharist represents the body of Christ. The Eucharist is also called Communion. Only those who are baptized can take Communion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confirmation:<\/strong>  At confirmation, we are sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit and are strengthened for service to the Body of Christ. This sacrament is necessary for the fullness of the grace we receive in Baptism. The Bishop anoints the person with the Chrism. One must be baptized before being confirmed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matrimony: <\/strong>  Marriage between two baptized persons is a sacrament, it is saying that the couple’s relationship expresses in a unique way the unbreakable bond of love between Christ and the Church. A couple mirrors Christ\u2019s love and service to the Church and is united as one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anointing of the sick:<\/strong>   This is a sacrament that is given to someone that is sick, ill, or suffering.  The priest blesses the person with oil to bring strength, peace, and encouragement. This is also a Sacrament of penance and reconciliation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
